Thomas Berry Place in Jamaica Estates is pleased to announce the schedule of this season’s Days of Prayer. These monthly days of recollection, introspection, and prayer will each run from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM and include coffee and tea upon arrival, the conference, a simple lunch, Mass and an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This month's program will be presented by Ellen Rhatigan, titled, "When the Holidays are Over: Cultivating Joy, Faith, Peace & Love in the dark days of Winter."

Cost is $35 per person and registration is required.

Thomas Berry Place (the former Bishop Molloy Retreat House in Jamaica Estates) will be hosting their monthly Evening For Prayer on January 15th from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Each session will be devoted to presenting a particular method of prayer. Each gathering presents an opportunity to meet people, share experiences & pray together. The month's session is "Prayer as Story: Stories of Others That May Be Instructive, As Well As Reading Our Own Story As We Write It With God", presented by Fr. Bill Murphy, CP.

Light refreshments will be available and the cost per person is $20. Reservations are required. Please call 929-357-6700 to reserve a spot. 

Thomas Berry Place will be hosting a Dinner with Passion on January 29th from 5:30PM to 9:00PM. The theme for the evening will be  Creating Community for Healing & Justice. Wine and cheese will be available upon arrival, followed by dinner, a presentation by Dawn Ravella, founder/Executive Director of CHJ Harlem, and an opportunity for dialogue and feedback.
